Thomas DORTEL
Digital Strategist
Over the last 16 years, Tom has worked for major global brands (Masterfoods, 3M, AOL, BBC) and agencies (WPP) where he held senior digital marketing positions.
Taking this media and advertising experience plus his passion for online/digital, he has recently helped start-ups (Intent HQ, JustGo) and other businesses get their digital and social strategy up and running.
Tom managed local and international teams (marketing, creative and sales) and has built a large network within the digital industry.
Speaking French, English and Spanish, he holds Master’s degrees in Economics, Management, and Marketing from Caen University and ESSEC.
Aside from work, he plays golf, and drums in a Jazz Band.
Dorothee
Designer
Dorothee is a multi-disciplined creative with over 15 years experience as a print, branding and web designer, art director and conceptualiser in experiential marketing.
She is a wizard at all things Photoshop and Illustrator, always working hard to produce the best results and communicating successfully clients goals with clarity and originality.
Lionel
Web Developer and Geek
Lionel loves to take up challenges and find solutions using his computer. With 15 years of experience in the multimedia industry, he has skills in web development,
programming (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP5, MySQL...), video, animation, sound design. His favourite sentence? "Everything is possible".
Carole
Content Strategist
Carole has 15 years experience in digital project management and content strategy. Having worked in the AOL editorial strategy department as a Senior Project manager,
she then became Head of Content for a major educational website at 'France Télévisions'. For the last 4 years, she was the Chief Executive Manager of the French Affiliate Marketing Association, where she defined and implemented the marketing and communication strategy (including PR). In addition to a literature degree, Carole holds a Masters degree in Organisational Management (ESCP Europe) and a Masters in Geopolitics (Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne). Carole speaks French, English, and have a basic understanding of Russian. She is also mum of two. In her spare time she enjoys Pilates.

Video editor
Nick has over 8 years experience as a Video Editor and Producer, notably for Channel 4, Sky Sports and Eurosport and more recently
for BBC Worldwide, ITV, Vauxhall, MSN, UKTV and PPL.
Katherine
Creative
Katherine spent 15 years at the BBC as a Producer and Creative Director. She lived in Toronto for 5 years where she launched BBC Canada and BBC Kids.
She loves making video to tell a good story.
